Doug has been an Information Technology professional for over 25 years.  From programmer to Project Manager, he has served in all capacities in an Information Technology project.  Having lived the life of a technician allows him to understand what technology is readily available for his clients and ultimately assist in the development of the corresponding Solution.  Doug brings a unique, business oriented perspective to small and medium sized businesses looking to harness the POWER of the Internet and more importantly IMPROVE technology.  For the last six years, his ideas and solutions have saved businesses thousands upon thousands of dollars.  As the tagline states, "Bringing Business and Technology Together" is his primary goal.  The SOLUTION developed for eSolution-Pros clients is meant to create WIN-WIN scenarios for everyone involved.  Doug is the President of HarRoss Solution Consultants which is dba eSolution-Pros.com and active in several community groups.  These groups include the Parkville Chamber (www.parkvillechamber.com) and the Knights of Columbus Council #7199.  He has coached, managed, and recruited for the KC Select Soccer Club along with fundraising for his children's teams. All of these organizations provide services to Parkville and the Northland area as a whole.

While being part of the Internet Revolution for the past ten years, we discovered that business owners were all searching for the same result.
